MEET THE DOCTORS


Brian E. Higgins D.O.

Brian E. Higgins, D.O. attended St. John's University and received his undergraduate degree in pharmacy. He graduated from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina where he served as chief resident. Dr. Higgins is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a member and officer of Ohio Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Higgins is a member of American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and Interventional Spinal Intervention Society. Dr. Higgins completed a mini-residency at the University of Cincinnati in Occupational Medicine. Dr. Higgins has an interest in non-operative treatment of spine and disc conditions and non-operative care of musculoskeletal and industrial injuries.


Frank Meszaros M.D

Frank Meszaros, M.D. is a native Ohioan from the Cleveland area. He graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in chemistry. He attended University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Meszaros completed his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Cincinnati. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Meszaros is an officer of the Ohio Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the International Spinal Intervention Society. Dr. Meszaros has a special interest in electrodiagnostic medicine, musculoskeletal injury, sports medicine and spine care.


Jed A. Bell D.O.

Jed A. Bell, D.O. is originally from Long Island, New York. He graduated Cum Laude from Binghamton University in upstate New York, with a degree in Biology. He attended medical school at the New York college of Osteopathic Medicine (NYCOM). While at NYCOM he was elected to Psi Sigma alpha, the National Osteopathic Honor Society. Dr. Bell completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at North Shore – LIJ Hospital where he also served as chief resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is fellowship trained in interventional pain management. He is a member of the International Spinal Intervention Society. Dr. Bell has interest in sports medicine and the non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal and spinal conditions.
